What data is processed
When you visit this website, technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access is processed automatically to deliver and secure the site. This website uses no analytics or tracking tools and sets no tracking cookies. There is no contact form. If you write to Colin by email, your name, email address and message are used to answer your enquiry. The email is routed by Cloudflare and stored by Google in the mailbox; Colin's business manager handles enquiries on his behalf, as described below.
Hosting
This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) through its global network. Technical data such as IP addresses may therefore be processed in the USA and other countries. Cloudflare also uses this data to protect the website against attacks and abuse. Cloudflare participates in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.
Emails sent to [email protected] are routed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and forwarded to a mailbox hosted by Google LLC (USA), where they are stored. Enquiries are handled on Colin's behalf by his business manager. Google participates in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Correspondence relating to an engagement, such as offers, agreements and invoices, is kept for 10 years as required by Swiss law (Art. 958f OR) and then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
